We welcome telephone enquiries - please feel free to call for information, advice or to check availability.

Although we are listed with some on-line booking sites - they do not always show when we have availabilty- so its worth checking, and remember it's always cheaper to book directly with us.

Deposits are non refundable and the full amount will be charged in the event of cancellation less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date unless we are able to re-let the accommodation.

The Rectory Self Catering Cottage and Lodge require a £100 deposit on all bookings

Guests are advised to arrange insurance to cover themselves against cancellation.

RECTORY COTTAGE and LODGE CHECK IN TIME IS STRICTLY BETWEEN 4PM AND 6PM DEPARTURE BY 10AM - except by prior arrangement as we cannot guarantee to be available outside of these hours
