A fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a fridge freezer, an electric oven and gas hob with extractor fan above, a microwave, stainless steel sink with mixer tap, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a range of cupboards offering excellent storage space, window blind and views out onto the garden.
A Lounge and Dining area with sofas, a fire place and light wood table and chairs.
Outside there is a comfortable seating area and garden with a patio and table and chairs.
This beautiful new hot-tub is the latest addition to the Lodge.(Note, it may not be fully up to temperature on day of arrival.)
The lodge...
... consists of an open plan living room, with 2 x three seater settees, electric fire and a flat screen TV.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed.
Bedroom 3 consists of twin 3ft beds that can be pushed together to make a kingsize bed if required.
Bathroom with white coloured bathroom suite with shower.
The Lodge has gas central heating and hot water on demand provided by a combi boiler.
Outside a paved and decked patio area to the side of the lodge with a rattan table and chairs and BBQ set within a private garden and a hot tub.
Ample parking is available for cars and boats plus storage for cycles in a lock-up garage.
No dogs are allowed in the lodge.
A separate, chargeable, laundry room at the rear of the main house has a washing machine and tumble dryer which guests may use.
